Position Title: Commercial Loan / Loan Servicing Specialist

Location: Fully Remote

Expected Duration: 3-4 Months

Compensation: $20/hr

Job Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic Commercial Loan/Insurance Specialist with expertise in one or more of the following domains:

• Loan Servicing
• Commercial Insurance
• Real Estate
  
  

In this role, you will undertake intricate analyses and assessments concerning insurance and real estate. We seek individuals with robust analytical capabilities who can assess complex risks and effectively convey their insights. This position is fast-paced and demands self-direction across a variety of tasks that can evolve daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analyses and evaluations regarding insurance and real estate matters.
• Safeguard investor interests related to serviced mortgages under the guidance of the department manager.
• Oversee insurance compliance for commercial properties used as collateral, assuring adherence to investor guidelines, Pooling and Servicing Agreements, relevant regulations, and mortgage documentation.
• Execute insurance analysis, manage premium disbursements from escrow, perform risk assessments, and review appraisals.
• Engage with various stakeholders, including servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents, and internal teams.
