Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead customer acquisition strategies to refine and optimize the user journey, increasing activation rates and revenue.
- Develop and enhance user onboarding experiences, ensuring users are positioned for sustained success.
- Formulate and implement monetization strategies that elevate our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Lead rigorous experimentation efforts, leveraging A/B testing to uncover and scale impactful growth opportunities.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering, and Design, to align on growth objectives and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Analyze vital performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and shape scalable strategies.
- Engage in qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into the needs of retail property owners, translating findings into actionable product decisions.
- Over 8 years of experience in growth product management or comparable roles in consumer software or SaaS environments.
- Proven capability in driving substantial user acquisition and retention through systematic experimentation and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as SQL and Mixpanel.
- Demonstrated experience in executing A/B testing methodologies to yield measurable results.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution approach.
- Ability to autonomously drive growth initiatives while maximizing collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Possess a ‘growth hacker’ mindset, welcoming innovation and experimentation.
- A minimum of 8 years in growth product management or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in user acquisition and retention achieved through systematic experimentation.
