Job Title: Strategic Client Program Manager (Remote)

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Status: Full-Time Independent Contractor; potential to transition to W2 Employee

Compensation: \(75,000/yr potential to earn \)114,400 in commissions on renewals, upsells, and referrals

Location: Remote, North American resident, must reside in Eastern Time (ET) or Central Time (CT) zone

Overview

We are excited to invite a Strategic Client Program Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team. This role is essential in furthering our mission to empower women leaders, including VPs, SVPs, and C-Suite executives within Fortune 500 organizations. We seek a motivated and emotionally intelligent professional with exemplary relationship-building abilities and a commanding communication style to spearhead our client success initiatives. Serving as a strategic partner to the CEO, you will play a key role in delivering client programs and provide trusted advisory services to corporate executives, aligning their career aspirations with actionable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and advocate for clients participating in the Catapult Programs, including any future initiatives.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure they are set up for success throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries and documenting responses.
  • Acquire knowledge of the curriculum to enhance the coaching experience and offer executive advisory support.
  • Facilitate and moderate weekly coaching sessions with the CEO, presenting client queries and maintaining session momentum.
  • Identify and address client challenges throughout the online course, maintaining accountability and commitment to their goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with executive clients requiring additional support, guiding them through their challenges.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives, providing tailored support in their career trajectory and leadership development.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success in achieving substantial growth within client-facing services, particularly in executive programs.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in client services, excluding product-based or SaaS roles, with a focus on creating impactful client programs.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with executive clientele.
  • Metrics-oriented mindset, adept at tracking performance to inform decision-making.
  • Proficient project management skills, ensuring efficient task completion and adherence to timelines.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, skilled in adapting strategies in high-pressure contexts.
  • Ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships rooted in authenticity and continuous value creation.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years in client services is required, with a preference for experience in HR/Recruiting.
  • Familiarity with executive coaching and proven success in relationship management with C-suite executives.
