Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Oversee and direct OCM and process improvement programs across diverse departments and projects, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication regarding project objectives, progress, and challenges.
- Change Management Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive change management plans, including readiness assessments, communication strategies, human capital evaluations, and training programs.
- Process Improvement: Assess existing client processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and create impactful solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Team Management: Supervise a diverse array of consultants, analysts, and program staff, ensuring timely achievement of project goals and milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation to ensure the smooth execution of process improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of ongoing improvement by identifying continuous opportunities for enhancing business processes.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a robust focus on OCM and process improvement initiatives, preferably in the federal government or public sector.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Master's degree in business, organizational development, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a prerequisite.
- Change Management certifications such as Prosci or CCMP are highly desirable.
- PMP or PgMP certification is essential.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale OCM initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of business process reengineering (BPR) methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with organizational changes and process improvement programs.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is required.
- Familiarity with federal agencies, particularly in the domain of organizational transformations and process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card is a requirement.
