We're thrilled to invite passionate individuals to join our dynamic team of regional recruiters! Exciting opportunities await in our Long Island, NY / CT and Northern NJ / Hudson Valley, NY regions as we finalize our team.

As a Regional Admissions Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role within our Admissions team, focusing on engaging prospective students and guiding them through the exciting journey of acceptance.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to assigned geographic territories, including planning and conducting recruitment travel, generating inquiries and applications, and nurturing relationships with key influencers in the college search process.

Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging presentations and events, both virtual and in-person, to showcase our institution to prospective students and their supporters.

Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate recruitment efforts and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with secondary school counselors, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders to expand our reach and impact.

Provide comprehensive support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, offering guidance and assistance via various communication channels.

Actively participate in virtual recruitment activities and support the College's marketing initiatives across social media platforms.

Ensure accurate and timely management of data in our constituent relationship management system (CRM), Slate, and provide coverage for telephone and chat inquiries as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; experience in college admissions or related fields preferred.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.

Bilingual proficiency and possession of a valid driver's license desired.

Experience with remote work and travel within assigned regional area preferred.

Benefits

Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $61,000 per year, based on minimum education and experience qualifications.

Physical Standards And Special Job Features

Some lifting may be required, not exceeding 50 pounds.

Evening and weekend work, as well as occasional travel, may be necessary.

Must reside within assigned recruitment territory or be willing to relocate within a predetermined period.

Occasional trips to campus for training and on-campus programs may be required.
