Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete underwriting process, which includes handling submissions, conducting account underwriting, issuing quotes, managing policy binding, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with agency partners, facilitating effective communication to drive profitable growth.
• Execute daily underwriting functions with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Engage proactively with agency partners and management on a daily basis, providing outstanding support and addressing inquiries promptly.
  
  

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of direct underwriting experience in the Senior Living sector.
• A proven history of success in underwriting within the senior living industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of state and federal regulations relevant to senior living insurance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for efficient collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong capability to work independently in a remote setting while managing responsibilities effectively.
