- Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel logistics, from flight arrangements to ground transportation.
- Oversee daily operations encompassing both personal and business-related tasks, including correspondence and errands.
- Proactively anticipate needs and devise solutions to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO, vendors, and business associates, fostering strong relationships.
- Ensure the seamless execution of meetings and events, including preparation of necessary documents.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Identify and resolve potential obstacles proactively.
- Assist and coordinate special projects and ad-hoc requests as required.
- Manage tasks with a sense of urgency, treating every responsibility as crucial.
