Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to identify the mental health needs of infants and their families, utilizing approved tools.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to promote optimal development and well-being.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group counseling, primarily in the home or via telehealth.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and comprehensive reports, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and other mental health professionals, to enhance client outcomes.
- Engage in crisis intervention when necessary and actively participate in weekly supervision sessions for professional growth.
- Proficient in conducting assessments and formulating treatment strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to provide therapy to diverse populations, ensuring a supportive environment for all families.
- Experienced in case management practices and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Competence in crisis intervention and following established safety protocols.
- Strong computer proficiency to facilitate documentation and communication.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Active licensure (LLPC, LPC, LLMSW, LMSW, LLP, or LP) is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience focused on working with infants and toddlers.
- Reliable transportation for regular home visits, along with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
