- Prepare detailed reports documenting your findings and therapeutic recommendations.
- Collaborate with community agencies and case managers to ensure that infants and families receive the necessary support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
- Generate weekly statistical reports to aid in monitoring service delivery and billing.
- Engage in regular communication with fellow mental health professionals to provide updates on client progress.
- Deliver crisis intervention services when required, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures throughout your practice.
- Participate actively in weekly supervision sessions to further enhance your clinical skills and professional development.
- Offer services primarily in the home or via telehealth, accommodating the unique needs of families.
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Current licensure in your respective field (LMSW, MSW, LLPC, LPC, LLP, LP).
- Proficiency in providing individual, family, and/or group therapy to varied populations.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience working with infants and toddlers.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation for home visits, and auto insurance.
