Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify mental health and developmental needs of infants and families using recognized tools.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive support for families.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions primarily in home settings or through telehealth when applicable.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports in accordance with established guidelines and ensure timely record-keeping.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and case managers to optimize care and treatment outcomes.
- Engage in crisis intervention as required and maintain adherence to safety protocols.
- Actively participate in regular supervision sessions for professional growth and development.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- A valid therapeutic license (LLPC, LPC, LLMSW, LMSW, LLP, or LP).
- At least three (3) years of clinical experience providing therapy, particularly to infants and toddlers.
- Proficiency in case management systems and strong computer skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to effectively engage with youth and families in diverse settings.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field is essential.
- An active license as a mental health professional is required.
- Experience in individual, family, and group therapy with a variety of populations is necessary.
