Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in ERP: Install, configure, and troubleshoot our ERP system for both cloud-based and on-premise implementations.
- Data Migration Specialist: Facilitate seamless data migration for clients transitioning to our system.
- Exceptional Customer Support: Deliver outstanding service by addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through technical challenges.
- Troubleshooting Excellence: Efficiently diagnose and resolve various technical issues, ranging from software bugs to hardware concerns.
- Commitment to Continuous Learning: Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server setup and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Networking concepts (e.g., DNS, ports), as well as Windows Domain and Workgroup configurations.
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or related fields.
- (Preferred) Fluency in SQL and familiarity with Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Service.
- (Preferred) Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- (Preferred) Understanding of warehousing, supply chain, e-commerce, and accounting principles.
- Demonstrated experience in IT support, customer service, or similar domains is essential.
- A strong customer service orientation and adept troubleshooting capabilities are required.
- Relevant IT certifications or degrees are advantageous.
