Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipment operations, guaranteeing accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with shipping vendors and internal teams to address and resolve fulfillment challenges.
• Manage the entire return process, from initiation to documentation, ensuring thorough tracking.
• Act as a communication bridge, providing shipping updates to internal teams and serving as the liaison for warehouse activities.
• Partner with client success managers and fulfillment specialists to coordinate replacement hardware shipments.
• Generate shipping labels for various orders, including parts and returns.
• Support additional warehouse operations, including product movement, assembly, packing, and shipping duties.
• Prepare commercial invoice documentation for international shipments.
• Liaise with shipping vendors such as UPS and FedEx to troubleshoot and resolve shipment issues.
  
  

Required Skills

• Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse roles is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Flexibility to manage both fulfillment tasks and manufacturing support.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs and record-keeping systems.
• A genuine desire to learn and develop in a dynamic work environment.
