Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding patient care through precise and efficient phlebotomy procedures, including blood draws, EKGs, and various clinical tasks.
- Facilitate a smooth patient journey by welcoming and checking in patients, verifying insurance details, and addressing patient inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace by managing inventory, preparing exam rooms, and ensuring a clean and well-stocked clinic environment.
- Provide essential administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and other clerical functions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by working closely with providers, nurses, and other staff to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist (not including training/externships).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- A positive and patient-focused approach to care.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist (excluding training/externships).
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
