Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs.
- Develop and execute tailored treatment plans for individuals.
- Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with patients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Advocate for clients to ensure they receive necessary resources and support.

- Strong interpersonal skills for establishing rapport with clients.
- Ability to coordinate care effectively with multiple healthcare providers.
- BLS Certification from an accredited organization.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensing in New Hampshire, with a clean disciplinary record.
- Capability to reliably commute or relocate to Concord, NH.
