- Supervise the complete purchasing and printing operations for children’s titles and Callisto.
- Align creative expectations of internal stakeholders with the practicalities of printing and delivery timelines.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of print buyers.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at boosting operational efficiency, quality, and market responsiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry innovations and advancements in printing technologies, incorporating new practices to enhance productivity.
- Address and resolve intricate supply chain challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, design, sales, marketing, and fulfillment, to ensure smooth operational flows.
