Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PTW research and analysis, focusing on market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and essential pricing components.
- Ethically collect and scrutinize competitive intelligence data to inform pricing decisions.
- Develop precise price estimates utilizing a variety of methodologies, including bottoms-up, top-down, and parametric approaches.
- Create and present persuasive presentations to executive leadership, conveying your competitive intelligence insights and PTW strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with the Bid and Proposal team to integrate PTW strategies into winning proposals.
- Balance independent work with team collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in government contracting, or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in government contracting.
- A minimum of 5 years of expertise in proposal pricing/estimating, PTW development, and competitive analysis.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with various contract types, including Cost-Plus, Firm-Fixed-Price, and Time & Material.
- Knowledge of labor regulations such as SCA, CBA, and Exempt.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in sectors such as Facilities Maintenance, Logistics, Cybersecurity, IT Services, Professional Services, Guard Services, and/or Training Services contracts.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in proposal pricing/estimating, PTW development, and competitive analysis.
