Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PTW research and analysis to evaluate market dynamics, competitor pricing tactics, essential price components, and viable solutions.
- Ethically gather and analyze competitive intelligence data.
- Formulate detailed bottom-up price estimates, top-down price analyses, and parametric estimations.
- Create and present compelling summaries of competitive intelligence and PTW recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the Bid and Proposal team to seamlessly integrate PTW strategies into proposals.
- Work efficiently both independently and within a team context.
- Bachelor's degree along with 10 years of experience in government contracting or a Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of expertise in proposal pricing/estimating, PTW development, and competitive analysis.
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Direct experience with various contract types including Cost-Plus, Firm-Fixed-Price, and Time & Material Contracts.
- Familiarity with SCA, CBA, and Exempt labor regulations.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with contracts in Facilities Maintenance, Logistics, Cybersecurity, IT Services, Professional Services, Guard Services, and/or Training Services.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in proposal pricing/estimating and PTW development.
- Strong background in government contracting, with a focus on analytical skills.
