Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor fellow analysts, becoming a trusted resource for the team.
• Address complex financial matters, including expense allocations and troubleshooting, to provide actionable insights to the Field Finance Manager.
• Manage the monthly close process, encompassing expense accruals and financial analysis that directly influence the Profit and Loss statements for assigned warehouse sites.
• Monitor and oversee expenses across multiple customer locations, showcasing your organizational talents.
• Engage in various ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and refining processes.
• Generate financial reports utilizing standard tools, delivering insightful analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure accuracy in financial statements through the preparation of journal entries and timely expense accruals.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures, positively impacting the company’s financial health.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations Specialists to streamline invoicing processes and participate in customer financial evaluations.
• Serve as a reliable contact for financial inquiries from numerous stakeholders within the organization.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in financial or accounting roles, providing robust analytical support.
