Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered pulmonology care services by conducting rounds in SNFs.
- Diagnose and treat respiratory system diseases and conditions.
- Provide preventative care to patients.
- Order and interpret essential diagnostic tests and imaging.
- Collaborate closely with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) for effective management of patient care.
- Complete documentation efficiently using our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine and additional Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Michigan.
- Active and unrestricted DEA license in Michigan.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic/online medical tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, facilitating effective interactions with patients and staff.
- Completion of a U.S. residency program.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Reliable transportation to facilitate patient rounds.
