Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will provide behavior analysis services to children, adolescents, and/or adults with developmental, behavioral, or learning challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving lives through evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff, ensuring quality implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote generalization and consistency of skills across environments.
- Analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment as needed.
- Train families, caregivers, and staff on behavior strategies and intervention techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Stay current with developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Kentucky.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, including direct implementation and program oversight.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with diverse populations and ability to adapt interventions to individual needs.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person services, if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in clinical, school, or community-based settings.
- Knowledge of telehealth ABA service delivery.
- Familiarity with Medicaid and private insurance billing processes.

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour
