Job Title: Team Lead

Starting Rate of Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: 6am-10pm availability including weekends
What You’ll Do:
As a GetGo Crew Lead, you’ll be responsible for running daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting your team. You’ll work closely with the Store Leader and have the chance to take on leadership responsibilities.
- Safety First: Prioritize safety for customers, team members, and products in every task.
- Customer & Team Satisfaction: Ensure fast, efficient service while guiding your team to do the same.
- Positive Work Culture: Foster a welcoming, friendly environment for both customers and team members.
- Training & Leadership: Train new team members and ensure they work efficiently and effectively.
- Flexibility: Step in and lead as needed, whether it’s managing registers or working in the kitchen.
- Monitor & Manage: Track competitor fuel prices and address equipment issues promptly.
- Store Operations Support: Assist the Store Leader with scheduling, merchandising, promotions, and daily store tasks.
- Lead by Example: Be the face of the store, ringing up customers quickly and with a smile.
- Foster Inclusion: Create an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued.
We’re Looking For:
- Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
- Experience Desired: Supervisory or customer service/retail experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred Certification: Food Safety
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
