Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead, oversee, and ensure the execution of all marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage the marketing team, develop impactful campaigns, and ensure that our strategy aligns with the firms mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and ensuring the successful execution of all initiatives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising, to increase engagement and generate leads.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, videos, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with the firms tone and mission.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the firms social media presence, ensuring consistent engagement and fostering community interaction.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Partnerships & Events: Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and event participation that align with the firm's mission and expand its reach.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the firms brand, tone, and values.
- Client Engagement: Develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction through targeted marketing efforts.
- Project Management: Ensure the timely execution of all marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on overseeing teams and executing successful initiatives.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Passion for social justice, human rights, and making a positive impact
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
