Who We Are

Your tasks
- Assists with creating and posting job vacancies.
- Schedules interviews.
- Collects and verifies candidate information including background checks.
- Administers and processes new hire paperwork.
- Coordinates new hire orientation.
- Maintains and processes accurate and complete HR and employee records.
- Issues employee and visitor badges as needed.
- Processes and maintains Workers' Compensation claims.
- Maintains OSHA logs.
- Greets and directs visitors.
- Organizes and orders lunch for guests as requested.
- Schedules and coordinates various meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for incoming guests as needed.
- Assists with collecting and reporting data such as environmental, health & safety metrics
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or relevant HR and Safety software.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Basic understanding of labor laws, employment practices and safety regulations.
- Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Two (2) years Human Resources experience preferred.
- One (1) year safety experience preferred.
