Your tasks
- Collaborate effectively by sharing ideas constructively, listening objectively, honoring commitments, communicating progress, resolving issues positively, addressing others respectfully, and valuing workplace diversity.
- Serve as the key point of contact for CRM Microsoft Dynamics within BU Americas, managing customer accounts, generating reports, maintaining dashboards, campaigns, system change committee involvement, and tracking key sales performance metrics.
- Prepare ongoing custom reports for sales and sales management – Quick turn and misc. reports from Bips, SAP, various sales tool programs.
- Develop, implement and facilitate the global rollout of sales enablement initiatives, develop sales onboarding and training programs to improve team effectiveness.
- Create data-driven presentations and sales reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Coordinate monthly project highlights – Sales project/customer highlights organized on provided templates with feedback from sales.
- Manage and maintain sales tools, including CRM, Showpad, Insight PEC and Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
- Oversee the customer rebate data from distributors for certain programs, collaborating with finance to ensure accurate accruals and record-keeping.
- Support sales operations by maintaining representative contracts, distributor account discount changes, new customer account set-up, commission reports, credit program management, and facilitating change requests through the proper sign-off
- Organize and oversee regional sales meetings, events, and workshops, managing budgets, logistics, venues, catering, attendee communication, and vendor coordination.
- Organize customer visits to company facilities, ensuring seamless execution of meetings, tours, and event logistics.
- Email group list maintaining – Keep distribution email list current for sales reports, forum calls, etc.
- Industrial Training Team Support – Certification badging, Global system software management/entries.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and sales leadership.
- Committed to the protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and neighbors. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Environmental Management System (EMS).
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in sales management, sales enablement, marketing, or operations.
- Proven experience in content development and managing major internal sales events, including speaker preparation and content reviews.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 CRM; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Experience developing and delivering learning solutions (virtual, classroom, and blended training).
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 CRM and sales performance tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Professional demeanor in verbal, written, and email communication.
- Ability to represent the company at external events, customer visits, and other company locations.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel occasionally.
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
