AR/AP Specialist

GH Logistics is seeking a highly detail-oriented and data-driven analyst to manage billing, financial reporting, and performance analytics. This role is crucial to ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, billing detention charges, and maintaining data integrity across our operations. What You’ll Do

Billing & Financial Accuracy

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring 100% accuracy in financial transactions.
• Manage payables and receivables, confirming all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Audit detention billing and payables, ensuring GH Logistics receives all payments due.

Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

• Develop reports on financial and operational performance, using data to drive decision-making.
• Identify billing discrepancies and inefficiencies, working to improve accuracy.
• Maintain detailed financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Process Optimization & Compliance

• Implement new payables and receivables processes, ensuring all payments are tracked effectively.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and maintain organized billing documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and compliance teams to improve financial reporting.

Who You Are

• Detail-Oriented & Highly Analytical – You have a sharp eye for accuracy and can detect inconsistencies in data.
• Data-Driven & Problem-Solving Mindset – You can identify financial trends, analyze billing patterns, and optimize reporting.
• Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in accounting software, TMS systems, and spreadsheets (Excel, SQL, or Power BI is a plus).
