We are looking for a motivated and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in providing guests with a seamless experience from inquiry through booking. The ideal candidate will actively engage with leads, follow up with previous guests, handle inquiries by phone and email, and work to secure group reservations for family reunions, corporate retreats, and weddings. Key Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls and assist with group inquiries.
Respond to emails and follow up with past guests to build positive relationships.
Engage with new group leads and close bookings.
Provide in-person tours of our venues and properties, showcasing amenities and features to help clients envision their events.
Collect and confirm payments, including any applicable pet fees.
Encourage guest reviews and engage previous customers to promote rebooking.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our Zoho CRM system.
Meet and exceed a revenue-based quota by maximizing booking opportunities and upselling services.

Requirements
Qualifications :
Strong communication and organizational skills.
2 years experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Passion for guest satisfaction and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales, marketing, business administration, hospitality management, communication, or a related field.
