Job Details
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 per year, plus eligibility for performance bonuses
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of management experience in Human Resources
- At least 5 years managing enterprise-wide projects and strategic process improvements
- 5 years of experience in Human Capital, Human Resources, or Organizational Development
- PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification is a plus
- Experience managing a team in a large healthcare organization with over 1,000 employees
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and retention initiatives to build a high-performing team
- Serve as a culture ambassador, fostering employee relations and career development
- Collaborate with corporate HR on centralized functions such as payroll and benefits
- Coach leadership on HR processes and employment practices
- Manage change related to Human Capital programs and HR goals
- Enhance business capability by integrating people strategies into planning and development
