GHSP is currently hiring a Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team in Hart, MI.
What You'll Do
- Be responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process, including but not limited to: set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, work flow and operating Fork Lift and overhead Hoist equipment.
- Working with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements as required.
- Provide molded components in a timely manner to ensure production schedules are met
- Manage raw molding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination.
- Generate documentation on molding runs to ensure traceability and reproducibility.
- Following established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in injection molding or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in similar role
