As an Account Manager at Cutsforth, you will play a critical role on the sales team in driving revenue growth by managing a portfolio of accounts, uncovering client needs, and aligning them with tailored solutions. This fully remote role gives you the autonomy to work independently while delivering results.
Cutsforth specializes in developing innovative new technologies and services to enhance plant asset management. They create mechanical, electrical, and software-based solutions to help plants monitor and maintain their critical equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Uncover customer needs in line with Cutsforth solutions by executing sales tactics and account planning.
- Maintain contact with clients, answer questions, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to issues that arise.
- Sustain multiple quarters of sales pipeline, with the ability to provide a forecast with certainty to leadership.
- Build trusted connections across various departments and levels within client organizations.
- Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and client challenges.
- Coordinate Cutsforth resources to ensure customer success and sustained revenue growth.
- Keep the CRM pipeline and account information up to date in line with company goals and expectations.
- 7 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), or a related field.
- Experience in industrial sectors such as power generation, pulp/paper, oil/gas, or manufacturing.
- Previous experience working remotely and managing a sales pipeline.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet goals, and drive results.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a base plus commission, performance-driven role.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
