G D Mobile Security is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Director under North America Sales with proven record of accomplishment in the wireless telecommunication and IoT spaces. By being part of our sales team, you will be responsible for account management and revenue growth in the G D Mobile Security product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experiences in sales, account management, technical sales in connectivity and IoT driving customer satisfaction and growth. The role also is responsible for new customer acquisition with ability to identify, qualify, develop and close deals with new leads.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- A minimum of ten (10) years of successful sales experience in in technology sector: product/solution/ technical sales, account management, and business development with Mobile Network Operators and IoT ecosystem players
- Experience in GSMA eSIM standard evolution and/or IoT connectivity is a plus
- Technical competence and technical sales proficiency in wireless telecommunication
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with strong organizational skills
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, telecommunication, or business required, MBA preferred.
- High degree of business acumen in regards to sales skills, pricing strategies and financial management
- Complex Sales/Technical Sales background (Hardware and Software/Solutions) with understanding of connectivity standards and architectures
- Fluent written and spoken English
- No fear – unafraid to build new relationships with new products opening new markets
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situation and deadline pressures
- Proven Cold Acquisition and Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Maintains an accurate pipeline and forecast for revenue target achievement in Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively in written and spoken formats.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Team player, result driven, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
