We're currently seeking an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant to join our Mechanicsburg or Harrisburg office.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a CPA or EA with a strong background in business and personal tax return preparation. You should be tech-savvy, comfortable with fully integrated software and paperless processes, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with accounting software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Expertise: Prepare and review individual, fiduciary, corporate, and partnership income tax returns.
• Quarterly Tax Planning: Provide clients with proactive tax strategies and planning throughout the year.
• Financial Statement Oversight: Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Payroll Tax Compliance: Prepare and review quarterly and year-end payroll tax returns.
• Strategic Business Consulting: Offer innovative financial solutions to small business owners.
