About the Role

As the Service BDC Manager, you will oversee a team of dedicated agents responsible for managing inbound and outbound service calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless communication flow between our customers and service departments.

Your leadership will play a vital role in driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall department success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coach a team of BDC agents to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement effective processes to handle all inbound and outbound service calls.
• Monitor appointment scheduling and follow-up systems to ensure optimized service department workflow.
• Utilize CRM and BDC tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with service managers to align goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive and motivated work environment that encourages professional growth and excellence.
