We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. As an Adult Center Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality client care and support to individuals with a range of needs.

Responsibilities of Adult Day Services:

- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account each patient's unique needs and preferences.
- Monitor and report patient observations, including changes in condition, behavior, or vital signs.
- Prepare meals according to patients' dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Ensure patients' living environments are safe and clean.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Support patients with developmental disabilities, working with them to promote independence and self-advocacy.

Skills

- Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans.
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
- Experience in caregiving, patient care, and home health.
- Familiarity with working in nursing homes and understanding of the unique needs of patients in these settings.
- Knowledge of meal preparation and nutrition.
- Strong patient observation skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving.
- Ability to work effectively with patients with developmental disabilities.
- Experience in working with individuals who have disabilities and providing support to promote their independence and self-advocacy.
