Essential Functions:
- Embody the GHC culture of treating our team members as our #1 priority
- Treat all team members, vendors, and customers with courtesy and respect
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws & regulations. Recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance audits, analyze and interpret data/trends, support policy implementation, prepare compliance reports
- Provide written guidance on the appropriate implementation of compliance programs and laws, regulations, rules and standards, through policies and procedures and other documents
- Maintain compensation bench marking, pay grades, pay ranges, pay equity, and market value of positions
- Spearhead safety program and ensure safety compliance
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs. Develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management
- Recruit for key positions within the company
- Run and review reports and metrics from ADP and applicant tracking system
- Work on special projects, advise on and implement process efficiencies
- Ensure a safe working environment. Maintain situational awareness. Identify and report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Human Resource Management
- 3 years of experience working in Human Resources
- 2 years of strategic HR compliance experience
- 1 years of safety management experience
- HR Certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Payroll experience a plus
