PURPOSE:
To direct and supervise staff and coordinate the activities of program managers that are consistent with Girl Scout standards.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. To supervise and evaluate the camp staff.
2. In conjunction with the camp director, plan and schedule activities that reflect the Girl Scout program.
3. Serve as consultant for Programs Manager, Operations Manager, and Unit Manager for program ideas within the units.
4. Acts as an ambassador for camp visitors and parents.
5. Along with the camp director, help handle camper emergencies.
6. These are not the only duties to be performed. Some duties may be reassigned, and other duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
o At least 21 years old.
o At least one season of experience in an administration or supervisory capacity (preferably in organized youth activities).
o Ability to select, train, and supervise staff.
o Ability to adapt to changes.
o Ability to direct others in crisis situations.
o Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Must hold membership in the Girl Scout organization and subscribe to the tenets of the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
