Our overnight camp food service is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to serve as an Assistant Kitchen Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist with menu planning and preparation of 3 daily meals.
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of an industrial kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work closely with administrative camp staff to plan, prepare, and deliver timely and accurate pack-out and travel camp food.
- Maintain accurate inventory of food and cleaning supplies.
- Perform routine maintenance, sanitation, and upkeep of equipment and food service-related facilities.
