Job Overview
The Campus Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the campus, ensuring a supportive and effective educational environment for students and staff. The Campus Manager will work closely with CEO, staff, families and girls to enhance the overall experience.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring programs run smoothly. Oversees staff and transportation.
- Collaborate with staff and administration to develop and implement policies and programs.
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Utilize appropriate local, regional and national data and resources to implement programs designed to meet the developmentally appropriate and mission driven needs of girls.
- Administer and/or oversees the implementation of programming and reporting for grants and pilots.
- Encourage staff and program volunteers to be creative and innovative.
- Recruits girls for program participation from schools, community agencies, and other organizations.
- Communicates and cooperates with staff work schedule and program schedule.
- Participates in staff meetings and trainings.
- Interviews and hirs program staff as needed with approval of CEO.
- Performs periodic evaluations of staff.
- Ensures staff are accurately and regularly collecting outcome data and all required documentation. Maintain data for end of year reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with courses in education, recreation, psychology, non profit leadership and sociology preferred. Special consideration may be given for equivalent experience and personal qualifications in lieu of a degree.
- Experience working with youth or related field which includes some experience with supervision, administration, curriculum and course design, and community relations.
- Ability to communicate with children and foster their involvement and participation in program planning, problem solving, and decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups.
- Ability to inspired, stimulate, encourage creativity and innovation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments while maintaining a positive attitude towards challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
