Operations Business Analysis Manager
On this role you will report directly to Site Operations head, providing Business Analysis support to achieve Operations Excellence.
A dotted reporting line to Site Controller, collaborating closely with Site CI team:
- Proactively identify areas for improvement through rigorous analysis
- Support and drive process improvement initiatives, through proper planning, close follow-up and monitoring to drive to fi-nal success
- Active involvement and challenge of business decisions
Core Responsibilities
Provide robust/efficient data analysis for all relevant Operations aspects in Carthage
- Robust analysis of all Operations Performance Indicators ranging from Service to Costs to productivity.
- Proactively Identify areas for improvement, plan to execute, monitor and follow-up to drive to final success
- Lead selected Improvement initiatives
Provide support to Site Operations Controllers, including but not limited to
- Periodic Performance measurement preparation and analysis
- Annual Budget preparation
- Participate in forecasting and mid-to long term planning for the factory
- Support management in strategic decision making for the site
- Support annual and periodic requirements of costing activities and analysis of COGS
Primary Qualifications
- 5-8 years’ experience in business analysis/process improvement in a manufacturing environment
- Degree in exact science (e.g. engineering) or Finance/Economics qualification
