The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with inventory management, and a willingness to assist with various tasks as needed. Job Description:
As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the office operations, including managing parts inventory, assisting with vehicle registrations, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. You will also have the opportunity to assist with the delivery of vehicles to/from vendors, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up, post to RTA, and stock parts for the company.
- Perform quarterly parts inventory, including tire tracking and management.
- Update and maintain files and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with the registration of new vehicles (DMV) and distribute new permits as necessary.
- Deliver tractors to/from vendors when needed (CDL A preferred).
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint) for various office tasks.
- Experience with inventory and work order software is a plus.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CDL A preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Previous experience with inventory management and work order software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time, 7am-4pm
