Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee construction and short term rental projects with a strong emphasis on design and the ability to mange projects from concept to completion.
Duties
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and logistics for construction and renovation projects
- Work closely with contractors, designers, and vendors to ensure projects align aesthetic and meet timeframes
- Select and procure furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that enhance the guest experience.
- Manage project timelines effectively through proficient time management skills.
- Coordinate staging, decor and final touches to create inviting rental spaces
- Track expenses and ensure projects stay within budget while maintaining design quality
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to ensure projects meet brand standards and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management, interior design, or real estate development preferred.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning and material selection
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
