- Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all guests
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Perform CPR, first aid, and other life-saving techniques when necessary
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing questions or concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed, such as moving equipment or furniture

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong swimming abilities and knowledge of lifeguarding techniques
- Current certification in CPR, first aid, and lifeguarding
