Description
Trivantage is recruiting for an eCommerce Summer Intern which will work with our Trivantage eCommerce team at Glen Raven’s US headquarters. Interns will gain real-world experience and be exposed to different parts of the organization and eCommerce processes by working on several types of projects, which may include:
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the reorganization and improvement for the overall online category structure.
- Product Information Management, including product attribute values cleanup and optimization to improve filtering and faceting.
- Customer journey mapping and optimization.
- Help with setting up email marketing automation flows and data reporting.
- Blog improvements, utilizing blog posts for other shareable content across website and social media.
- Help identify blog content for Designers/Workrooms.
- Other projects and tasks to support the growth of our eCommerce platform and sales.
- This intern would be expected to follow Glen Raven’s hybrid work location policy, currently 3/2 (on site Monday, Wednesday & Thursday; associate’s option Tuesday & Friday). These positions would be based on our corporate campus in Burlington, NC.
- 10-12 weeks between May and August with opportunity for extension and/or earlier starting dates.
- Pursuing a degree in Business (Marketing, Business Administration, Management, etc.), Technology or a related field; completed at least 2 years of study at an accredited university
- Be proficient in software such as Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, yet enjoys teamwork
- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
