Glendora Employment Agency, Inc. is a boutique staffing firm located in the foothills of the San Gabriel Valley. Glendora Employment Agency, Inc. specializes in bringing local job seekers together with local employers. We are currently seeking a Project Manager Administrative Assistant for a roofing contractor in Azusa.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

· Preparing complete, accurate and timely submittal logs for construction projects based on project drawings and specifications.

· Print Blueprints/Plans for Head Estimator.

· Accountable for receiving approved submittals and notifying the Head Estimator of potential schedule impact.

· Assist Project Manager by preparing all necessary back-up relating to change requests.

· Distribute final requirement documentation to subcontractors.

· Prepare correspondence to Owner, Architect, Engineers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc.

· Work with project calendar/schedule.

· Write memos, requests for information, transmittals and submittals.

· Submit building permit application and follow up on applications.

· Other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

· 1-2 years of construction related experience preferred.

· Minimum of 2 years of office experience required.

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask.

Position: Temp-to-Hire

Shift: Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: $20/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
