The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting department by managing accounts payable, performing data entry, and assisting with various office tasks. Responsibilities Include but not limited to the following:
- Answer phones
-Process incoming mail
-Process invoices into Foundation Software
- Reconcile credit card statement
-Print checks, process and file receipts
-Process certificates of insurance, assist in audit

Qualifications
- Proficient in accounting principles and financial concepts
- Experience with accounting software such as Foundation or QuickBooks
- Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
