About the Role:
We’re hiring a Night Auditor who can be trusted to run the show after dark. This is a solo, overnight position that blends customer service, property safety, and accounting accuracy. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the guest experience, assisting late arrivals, performing nightly audit tasks, and ensuring the building remains secure and operational during overnight hours.
Responsibilities:
- Complete end-of-day financial audits and reports accurately
- Assist late check-ins and early departures professionally
- Stay aware of overnight at the property and work with security team
- Respond to guest requests and emergencies promptly and calmly
- Communicate pass-downs to morning shift clearly and consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and quiet front desk overnight
- Ensure that nightly systems (Quore, and Roomkey PMS) are updated and logged properly
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior overnight or hotel front desk experience is a major plus
- Comfortable working alone and staying alert overnight
- Calm under pressure and confident dealing with guest issues
- Solid with computers and systems—accuracy matters in audits
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Can pass a background check
- Must be able to walk the property and be on your feet as needed
Schedule:
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekends and holidays required (this is hospitality)
