What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Retention Specialist position at Glenys Financial Group LLC?
We need a mature, reliable, helpful, friendly, professional, positive person to help us with our busy insurance office. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECCESSARY. We help you get your insurance license, and provide all necessary training and a professional workplace.
Responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships by proactively identifying potential issues, addressing customer concerns, and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty and prevent churn, ultimately maximizing the lifetime value of each customer through effective communication and problem-solving.
