Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Internal Wholesaler to join our team. As a key member of our sales efforts, you'll partner closely with our Regional Senior Vice President (External Wholesaler) to drive business growth within a designated territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, sales-driven individual to build a rewarding career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Planning: Develop and execute annual business plans in collaboration with your External Wholesaler partner.
- Lead Identification: Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Sales Support: Schedule introductory meetings for your External Wholesaler partner and provide follow-up support as needed.
- Presentation Skills: Deliver engaging company and product presentations to prospective clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of territory activities and sales pipelines in our CRM system.
- Data Analysis: Assist in creating ad hoc reports and analyzing sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Travel Requirements: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings as required (less than 10% travel).
Requirements
- Results-Driven Individual: 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone skills, ability to build rapport, and trust with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-Motivated: High energy, creativity, and a competitive drive to succeed.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and a willingness to learn about the financial services industry.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Licenses: FINRA Series 7 and/or 22, and 63/66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe). SIE certification (if applicable).
