- Experience in setting up production parts and executing tool changes for QA submissions.
- In-depth understanding of GD&T, and an ability to apply it to prints, programs, and setups.
- An unwavering commitment to meeting job standard times and communicating discrepancies efficiently.
- An advocate for Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S implementation.
Your Experience and Skills
Bring your four years of experience in a production setting and your familiarity with Epicor or similar systems. Advanced skills in four and five-axis machining are crucial, as well as proficiency in GD&T, CNC tooling, programming, and machine setups.
Technology and Machines You Will Master
- CNC Swiss Lathe operations using Star, Citizen, and Tsugami technologies.
- CAM software expertise including Esprit, Mazatrol, and Mastercam.
- Advanced CNC Lathe technology with 5 or more axes, like Mazak.
