- Inspection and Measurement: Conduct precise measurements and in-process inspections, voicing concerns over discrepancies.
- Team Assistance: Collaborate seamlessly with your Lead as needed.
- Machine Vigilance: Monitor machine operations meticulously, alerting your Lead or Supervisor about any deviations.
- Efficiency Standards: Elicit high performance by consistently meeting standard times, communicating exceptions promptly.
- Maintenance Mastery: Uphold cleanliness and operational standards for machines and work areas.
- Adherence to Techniques: Follow and enforce industry "best machine practices" rigorously.
- Safety and Compliance: Align with environmental, health, safety regulations, and company policies while practicing informed safety measures.
- Additional Duties: Tackle evolving challenges as assigned.
- Experience Required: 2 to 4 years operating CNC Lathes or Mills.
- ERP System Proficiency: Command computer systems to enter job data efficiently.
