GDC IT Solutions is looking for a Technical Architecture Specialist in the Harrisburg, PA area.

This position will be expected to convert existing front-end designs to Angular version 15 from previous versions of Angular such as Angular version 8, as well as from other non-Angular design solutions such as Razor. The Enterprise eGrants solutions exist within a fully Microsoft environment. These angular solutions will need to exist in, and be developed within, an environment that includes Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Azure DevOps for user stories / tasks / bugs tracking, Microsoft Azure DevOps for code repository, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SSRS.
Responsibilities
- Convert existing front-end designs from Angular versions 8 to Angular version 15.
- Transition front-end designs from non-Angular solutions such as Razor to Angular.
- Develop and maintain Angular solutions within a Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft IIS, and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Ensure compatibility and optimal performance of Angular applications in a fully Microsoft environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps for user story, task, and bug tracking.
- Manage code versions and repositories using Azure DevOps integrated with GitHub.
- Write and optimize SQL scripts to support application functionality.
- Create and manage reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Leverage knowledge of VB.NET, C#.NET, .NET Core, and MVC to support application development and integration.
